Werewolf CI — Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Werewolf CI ("Service"), operated by Deepsnow Events LLC ("Company"), you agree to these terms.

Service. Werewolf CI provides AI-generated competitive intelligence, battle cards, market analysis, and monitoring tools. Outputs are produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies; verify critical information before acting on it.

Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

Subscription & Payment. Plans are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

Intellectual Property. Werewolf CI retains rights to the platform, branding, and templates. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant Company a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of AI-generated content.

Changes. Company may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
